SHIPPING

QATAR:

Delivery is carried out throughout Qatar and the cost is AED 25 with a maximum delivery time of 3 - 5 working days. Delivery is free of charge for an order value exceeding AED 400.

SAUDI ARABIA:

Delivery is carried out throughout Saudi Arabia and the cost is AED 25 with a maximum delivery time of 3 - 5 working days. Delivery is free of charge for an order value exceeding AED 400.

UNITED ARAB EMIRATES:

Delivery is carried out throughout the UAE and the cost is AED 18 with a maximum delivery time of 3 working days. Delivery is free of charge for an order value exceeding AED 300.

DELIVERY INFORMATION

You can track the status of your order using the tracking number on the transport company’s website.

EXCHANGE

We do not currently offer an Exchange service. If a different color or size of item is required, please return the incorrect item and order the correct one.

RETURN PROCEDURE

1. Please use the link to return the item. You will need your order number and e-mail address. Select the item you would like to return and specify the reason for and method of return. Select “Original payment method” to continue. Please note that the delivery cost will be deducted from the amount returned. After entering your information, select “Confirm.” You will receive an e-mail confirming receipt of the return request. We will compile and send you all the necessary documents within 24 hours.

2. Please print the AWB when you receive it via e-mail, kindly hand over the printed HAWB to the courier without attaching it to the original package and to hermetically seal the item in the original or equivalent packaging. If you were not able to hand over the received document to the courier, either way it will be accepted.

3. When you receive the document via e-mail, kindly note your return is automatically arranged to be picked up by the courier the next day anytime between (8:00 – 18:00).

4. Returns usually take up to 3-5 working days. Await the e-mail confirming the approval of the return request.

Payment method

We accept online payments with credit/debit card, Apple pay, Google pay. Prices on our website are indicated in AED. Once payment has been confirmed, your order will be generated and shipped, and a confirmation notification will be sent by email.
